Product Manager   ( 1 Position )

Job Requirement

Summary of the Position:

This position is responsible for leading the Product Management Department, with the ultimate goal of developing and optimizing the product portfolio of the company while simultaneously nurturing all related human and organizational resources.

Responsibilities 

  • Lead initiatives to develop and optimize the product portfolio of the company. In particular drive product innovation and the on-going rationalization of current products (SKUs);
  • Lead product strategic planning, including market intelligence;
  • Support new product development and validation;             
  • Manage the products lifecycle in close collaboration with the Sales Department;                                                                                                              
  • Provide customer training and product support (technical and application)

Qualifications

  • Data analysis, Excel expert level, Word and Power Point basic level;
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal;
  • Strong collaboration skills, to foster collaboration with other Departments;
  • Team player, able to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization and with customers and end-users;
  • Innovation, able to create and develop new ideas;
  • Able to write, speak and understand English.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (Mechanical) and at least 5 years of experience are required.

Work Environment

  • Mostly office, with frequent travel within the Asia-Pacific region (travel once to twice a month, usually for 3 to 5 days for each travel)

Workings Hours : Regular hours, Monday to Friday
