    Job Description:

    QA Lead engineer to maintain the quality management system and ensure that a company's products and processes meet established quality standards by identifying shortfalls, developing corrective measures, and implementing quality control systems to reduce customer complaints.

  • Accounts Executive

    Job Responsibilities:


    1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

    • Handle the full set of accounts, including general ledger maintenance and journal entries.
    • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
    • Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and variance analysis reports.
    • Maintain the fixed asset register and ensure proper capitalization and depreciation.
    • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.

    2. Accounts Payable & Receivable


    • Monitor and process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including vendor payments and customer invoicing.

    • Schedule equipment validity checks and perform calibration when necessary to ensure it remains within acceptable tolerances and limits according to predefined specifications.
    • Refine the existing checking process and method by aiming to reduce overall checking time.
